Thecreators of the fuel processor and the authors of this user manual do not takeany responsibility for harm or liability which may come as a result of usage of theprocessor. The operator of the processor does so at his or her own risk. Theoverall reaction process has been roughly adapted from the Utah Biodiesel Co-operative [1].
Overview of the Reaction Process 
The production of Biodiesel in this processor involves the reaction of new or usedVegetable or Animal Oil, Methanol, Sodium Hydroxide, air and water in acontrolled manner. The products of this reaction are Glycerin, Methyl Oxide andBiodiesel fuel [see appendix for MSDS of these fuels]. The reaction takesapproximately 48 hours, and produces approximately 200 liters of Biodiesel. Abrief overview can also be observed in Figure 1.
