Determination of the respondents in this study used purposive method, while for determining the number of respondents using a random sampling method proportional stratifed as many as 89 people. data collection method used consists of methods: questionnaires, observations, interviews and documents. data processing techniques in this study using the editing and tabulation. Data analysis was descriptive and inferential analysis (comprising: regresiliner regression analysis, analysis of variance regression line, the F test, t test, and the effectiveness of the regression line / coefficient of determination). results showed that the services have exhibited significantly influence the satisfaction of high school students Musha 3 Jember, amounting to 84.2%.
