This study was conducted to prove the existence of a significant effect of service quality satisfaction terhadapan class X and

XI SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. formulation of the problem of this research is the quality of service to the satisfaction of students of class X and XI SMA Moha 3 Jember. method of determining the location of the study area using purposive. Determination of the respondents in this study used purposive method, while for determining the number of respondents using a random sampling method proportional stratifed as many as 89 people. data collection method used consists of methods: questionnaires, observations, interviews and documents. data processing techniques in this study using the editing and tabulation. Data analysis was descriptive and inferential analysis (comprising: regresiliner regression analysis, analysis of variance regression line, the F test, t test, and the effectiveness of the regression line / coefficient of determination). results showed that the services have exhibited significantly influence the satisfaction of high school students Musha 3 Jember, amounting to 84.2%.
