Dear Parents,First of all we would like to say a huge thank you for everyone’s supportfor the Beat the Goalie sponsored event. The grand total is £963.32.We are hoping to buy some outdoor equipment for the nursery garden.Before the holidays a letter was sent out looking for parents who wereinterested in being part of the Nursery Focus Group. A group consistingof Debbie McCarle, Laura Croll, Lorraine Greig, Kirsty Meston and AshleyAlexander plan to meet on Friday to discuss the aims of the group andany current issues including plans for the fundraising money. Feedbackfrom the meetings will be made available.As our learning focus this term is outdoors we are looking for some greenfingered volunteers to help re-vamp the nursery garden. If you or anyone you know could help us we would really appreciate it.Primary 1 transition activities for the morning children continue this termand includeSoft start visits to P1 on Tuesday and Thursday (9:00—9:30)Visits to tuck shopPlaytime in the infant playgroundMiss Fitchett visiting nursery every Tuesday (9:30—10:30).We have a very busy term ahead of us so to allow you the opportunity toplan ahead I have created a separate dates for diary list for you to keepsomewhere safe.Lorraine Harrison30.04.09
