Plaintiff I AM OTHER ENTERTAINMENT, LLC ("Plaintiff') files this Complaint against Defendants WILLIAM ADAMS ("Adams") and LAM.SYMBOLIC, L referred to as "Defendants") and in support thereof alleges as follows:
NATURE OF THE ACTION

This is an action for a declaratory judgment pursuant to th Act, 28 U.S.C. 2201-02. Specifically, Plaintiff seeks a declaration of non-infringement of Defendants' claimed rights in a purported "family of marks" consisting of the "I AM" formative.
