A regular meeting of The Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County oMorris, State of New Jersey, was held on June 12, 2013, in the FreeholderPublic Meeting Room, Administration & Records Building, Morristown, New Jersey. The meeting began at 8:00 p.m.Clerk of the Board Diane M. Ketchumannounced that adequate notice othis regular meeting held the 12th day of June, 2013 has been providedthrough resolution adopted by this Board at its Regular Meeting held at theAdministration and Records Building on January 4, 2013, and by electronicmailing to the Star Ledger, the Daily Record, and the Record through postingon the County website and by filing a copy of same with the Morris CountyClerk and the Clerk of this Board.

PRESENT: Freeholders Douglas Cabana, John Cesaro, Ann Grossi,Hank Lyon, David Scapicchio and Director Thomas Mastrangelo(6)ABSENT: Freeholder John Krickus (1)ALSO PRESENT: Administrator John Bonanni, Assistant CountyAdministrator Mary Jo Buchanan, County Counsel DanOMullan, Assistant County Counsel Randy Bush, andClerk of the Board Diane M.  MINUTES FOR APPROVAL
All Regular Meeting Minutes fromMay 22, 2013.On motion by Freeholder Cesaro and seconded by Freeholder Lyon,the meeting minutes were approved.--
COMMUNICATIONS
1. The Township of MendhamFourth of July Committee is asking permissionto hang a banner across County Route 510 fromJune 24 through July 8 toadvertise the event.2. The Paramount Adventure Multisport Club and the Lakeland Junior Track &Field League are asking permission to close a portion of Sussex Turnpike (Route 10 to Canfield Ave.) on Sunday, July 7 from7:45 to11:00 a.m. for the annual triathlon (bicycle race segment) fundraiser.3. The Pastime Club is asking permission to hang a banner across CountyRoute 510 in MendhamBorough fromAugust 19 through September 3 toannounce the Labor Day Carnival for the Mendhams. (They are withdrawingthe same request with MendhamTownship.)4. The Senior Resource Center is asking permission to hang a banner acrossCounty Route 513 in Chester Borough fromDecember 2 through December 18to announce their Festival of Trees fundraiser.5. The FlorhamPark July 4

Celebration Committee is asking permission toclose off a portion of Ridgedale Avenue on Thursday, July 4 from8:30a.m. to 12 noon for the annual Fourth of July Parade.6. The Township of Long Hill is asking permission to close a portion oValley Road (County Route 512) fromMountain Avenue to the BerkeleyHeights town line on July 16 from6 p.m. to 1 a.m. for pedestriansafety during the Mt.
