ALBERTA-1 (Doade-Presqueiras) Spanish Tantalum/Tin & Lithium

Project Overview
ALBERTA-1 is a mining exploration project located in the region of Galicia in North-western Spain. A few kilometres east of the port cities of Pontevedra and Vigo in the region of Galicia. Full access to roads, electricity, water, rail, labour force and deep sea port of Vigo 40 Kms away. 3,690 hectares in a north-south direction hosting numerous pegmatite dykes (type of rock that hosts rare metals)

The concession is 14 km in length and runs in an N-S direction. Drilling to date has shown the deposit to be a continuous pegmatite dyke field approx. 11 km long and 300 m wide, with up to 26 m in thickness. Internal investigation has concluded the concession contains up to 25 to 50 million tons of rare metal pegmatite. Application for mining permit will be submitted to the Spanish Mining Authorites Q3 - 2013 The dykes contain mineralisation of tantalum and niobium (columbo-tantalite), lithium (spodumene and petalite) and tin (cassiterite). Other minerals include rubidium and cesium. To date Solid Resources has invested almost US 4 million in the exploration of the deposit. The Spanish Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade are continuing to be strong supporters of the ALBERTA-1 Project, granting it the maximum subsidy for 2011 and 2012. The Company completed a 1,570 meter infill drill program in late 2012. The drilling campaign was programmed with infill drilling to complete a 50 m x 50 m grid in just the northern zone of the deposit (Presquerias). This would allow those resources previously classified as indicated and inferred to meet the directives of the Spanish mining authorities for classification as NI 43-101 compliant "measured & indicated resources" and enable commencement of exploitation of the entire 3,690 Ha concession. NI 43-101 Resource Estimate The exploration has included the completion of 65 drill holes with core recovery. A total of 7,065 m of core have been analysed. The results are as follows: (note: The 2012 Drill Program increased the Presqueiras Measured & Inferred Resource to 4+ million tonnes to meet the Spanish Mining Authoritys directives for a Mining Permit)

2013 Scoping Study NI 43-101 Resources Estimate April 30 ,2013

Southern Zones Grades: Tantalum - 50% higher Tin - 20% higher Total Measured, Indicated & Inferred 16.6 Mts

The 43-101 Resource Estimate completed in April 2013 represents less than 10% of the propertys potential mineralized zone. Previous drill campaigns and assays have concluded that the 10 km distance separating the Presqueiras region in the north and the Taboazas region in the south contains rich mineralisation, allowing for a conclusion that the 300 m wide deposit could be running the entire length of the 14 km property. A metallurgy report compiled by SGS in the UK confirmed that the tantalum and tin concentrates can be easily achieved by gravity separtation methods.

Tantalum recovery to 30% concentrate - 85.2%. Tin recovery to 54.8% concentrate was 88.1%.

The Future With the SGS Metallurgical Study, Pilot Plant and 2013 Scoping Study now complete, a submission to the Spanish Mining Authorities will be made in Q3 2013. The objective would be to start a mining operation on a deposit with a significant amount of tantalum mineral resources, (probably more than 5,000 tons) as well as significant tonnage of tin and lithium. Production could start within 1.5 years of project confirmation. An initial 1,440 ton/day operation, which has been verbally approved by the Spanish Mining Authority, could be rapidly expanded would require an investment CAPEX of approximately US $20 million. A very conservative economic model has shown an IRR of 42%, with gross proceeds of over US $25.5 million/year.

The geographical location of the concession in Europe, within a region offering excellent existing infrastructure, would make this a strategically important project in the European Union for the assured future long term supply of conflict free rare metals.
