Abstract: This paper aims to shed light on agglomeration, which has been rarely tackled
in the economic literature for the fact that, it is still inefficient and because of its limited
impact on the growth and economic development of Member States. However, the
evolution of which it knew recently, and common policies that have been taken in which
the outcome of, requiring a review of the experience conglomeration EurASEC and stand
in its impact on the Arab economy.
