Sir, JNT University Hyderabad - Recruitment of teachers in JNTUH Affiliated Colleges Convening of Selection Committee Meetings Regarding Ref: Your letter No. Ref **** This has reference to your letter cited above regarding teaching staff selections. The interviews for recruitment to the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Asst. Professor in Pharmacy of your College will be scheduled on 8th & 9th (2 days), 15th to 17th (3 days) and 26th & 27th (2 days) of July 2013 as per the enclosed schedule at JNTUH Administrative Block, Kukatpally Campus, Hyderabad - 85 The detailed resume of the candidate along with API Score format to be filled by the candidate who are applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor are essential. Only the candidates satisfying qualifications, API Score and experience criteria, as prescribed by AICTE must be called for Interview/Written Test. The Principal must certify on the format and statement of candidates that they possess qualifications and experience as per AICTE norms. For the post of Associate Professor, 5 years of regular service as Assistant Professor (after University ratification or in regular scale) must be essential. For the post of Professor, 5 years of regular service as Associate Professor (after University ratification or in regular scale) is required. I request you to bring all the applications submitted by the candidates along with necessary enclosures. Inform the candidates to bring their original certificates like Degree Certificates, Service Certificates with scale and salary certificates and documents in support claim of their API Scores at the time of Interview for various posts notified by your College so that verification of certificate etc. can be done by the University Office. The Principals are requested to verify thoroughly all the certificates submitted by the applicants and eligible candidates (applicable for who are attending the interviews for the Posts of Professors and Associate Professors) (in terms of qualifications + experience + API scores) as per the AICTE norms only shall be communicated to attend the interviews. Further I am to inform you that the sitting charges to the experts of the Selection Committees shall be paid by your College. For this purpose you are requested to bring a D.D. in favour of Ratification Account JNTUH for Rs.10,500/- for each branch towards sitting charges and other arrangements like Refreshments and Lunch to the Expert Members. I further wish to inform you that as per the Affiliation Rules of the JNT University Hyderabad, the Principal and Chairman/Secretary of the College shall be one of the Members on the Selection Committee for selection of teachers. Hence, kindly make it convenient to attend the meetings as scheduled above and depute two ministerial staff members of your College two hours before the scheduled time to look after the work in connection with interviews.
