Centre for Leadership Studies
As the main European window ontoleadership studies, development and practice, we aim to offer first-classleadership development, educate the nextgeneration of leadership developers andassess the value and underlyingassumptions of this field in general.Here at the Centre for Leadership Studieswe look at leadership, where it occurs andwhere it is missing, where it comes fromand where it is going. We study leaders,and we also study the claims made aboutthem – we get leadership into perspective.This has been our mission since 1997, andas an integral part of the University of Exeter we continue to be at the leadingedge of contemporary research andteaching.
