Blantyre Automotive Mechatronics Training Centre invites applications from dealerships, service garages, technical institutions and the

populous to undergo training in Automotive Mechatronics. Automotive Mechatronics is across the brands technician training program designed by Daimler Global Training Consulting, Germany. During the training course, participants will be tutored in diagnostic and repair procedures recommended by Daimler Global Training Consulting, Germany on how to save time and improve service quality. Automotive Mechatronics will equip trainees with in-depth knowledge and skills in electric/electronic, open and closed loop control systems currently in use on vehicles at the top end of the market. Preference will be strictly given to applicants with a full Motor Vehicle Mechanics/Auto-Electrics Grade 1 qualification or their equivalents. Successful applicants should be self funded or should receive funding from companies operating in the general motors and transport sectors of the economy. Details of the costs involved will be made available to all shortlisted applicants. Short-listed applicants will be required to attend an online computer entry test which we are tentatively planning to conduct in Blantyre during the period 29th July to 31st July, 2013. 10 successful candidates will start the classes in September 2013 and a Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics will be awarded to a successful candidate after completion of 18 Months.
