TheCharles County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and requested the State Fire Marshal's Officefor a post blast investigation. Upon examination of the evidence, it was determined that someoneintentionally manufactured the devices and intentionally threw them at and in the victim's property. Anyone with information in reference to this crime is asked to call the State Fire Marshal's Office,Southern Region at 443-550-6831.
