Stormwater Management Standards
The Department will presume that projects meetingthe Stormwater Management Standards satisfyregulatory requirements. When one or more of theStandards cannot be met, an applicant maydemonstrate that an equivalent level of environmental protection will be provided. 
12.No new stormwater conveyances (e.g. outfalls) maydischarge untreated stormwater directly to or causeerosion in wetlands or waters of the Commonwealth.
