To Whom It May Concern:It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Danyale DavisPatterson, an outstanding educator, whom I've known for over seven years.During this time period, Danyale served as a social studies teacher, within oururban middle school of 920 students and 80 faculty.As a classroom teacher at Normandy Middle School, Danyale displayed anenergetic personality, conducted herself in a professional manner by exceedingdistrict standards in all areas, especially in regards to her professionalresponsibilities, and demonstrated her unwavering commitment to the studentsand families she served.As her principal, I took great pride in her passion for the profession and wasalways enchanted by the plethora of quotes and actions that she took to ensurethat history was alive in her classroom. Her zest for continued learning wasevident in her participation in professional development activities, which resultedin her immediate implementation of her new knowledge and her willingness toshare with her colleagues as well as any member of the administrative team. Shepresented lessons, which were, clear, coherent and designed to meet the diverseneeds of her students. Her judgment was sound and she was able to commandrespect and lead when circumstances dictated leadership, especially impromptuleadership.
