Introduction

1.1

Objective

This logistics protocol defines the logistics requirements that are applicable to the supplier of Metzeler
Automotive Profile Systems (MAPS).

1.2

Scope

This protocol only applies to the supplier mentioned on page 1 and only for the deliveries to the MAPS
site mentioned on page 1. This protocol will be updated whenever significant changes on logistics
operations will be decided, either on MAPS or on suppliers initiative with agreement by MAPS.

1.3

Reference documents

The standard MAPS Terms and Conditions of Purchase formalises the agreement with the
supplier. All definitions of terms used in this documents and general rules are defined in the document
Logistics Agreement .
