    To whom it may concern: Harikumar Pillai was hired to do production sound on a 35mm lm entitled 11 Weeks that was shot

    in Srinagar and Gulmarg, Kashmir. Shooting in a city environment with sync sound is not an easy thing to do, yet the quality of Mr. Pillais recordings were such that we did not need to ADR any of the dialogue. He provided our post production staff with an extensive catalogue of atmospheric sounds that greatly eased the sound design process. On all levels, Mr. Pillai displayed the utmost professionalism and skill. I recommend him wholeheartedly for any sound department needs you may have. He is committed, honest, and talented. Any production would be well served by hiring him.
