The last time I heard any rumour about the chemtrail projects 8-10 subprojects were involved (date heard, yesterday). The Barium and Aluminum, I believe, are substrates for cloud formation. DONDEP: Why are they trying to form clouds? CLEAR EYES: That is what I would love to know. Why? DAN BURISCH: Another foolish inoculation attempt or the materials for the defensive weapon may be carried (alive) more easily if loaded into the aerosol canister with a growth medium.
