BRUSELINA DE CHOCOLATE Y CANELAINGREDIENTES
Para la Masa:
-
375 grs. de mantequilla
-
750 grs. de harina
-
50 grs. de azúcar
-
3 huevos
-
3 cucharadas de canela molidaPara el relleno:
-
1 litro de crema fresca
-
1 tarro de leche evaporada
-
1 tarro de leche condensada
-
25 grs. de cocoa
-
Papel mantequilla
PREPARACIÓN
1.Cortar 9 círculos de 21 centímetros de diámetro en papelmantequilla.2.Formar una masa con la harina, mantequilla, huevos, azúcary canela. Esparcir en los círculos de papel y hornear 8minutos a 180º.3.Retirar del horno, dejar enfriar y sacar el papel.
