Subject: Metro Manila Conference 2013 Final Memo Dear Brothers and Sisters, In less than a week, more than 3,500 Singles for Christ members from Metro Manila will gather in Subic for another nourishing conference. Just a few reminders and some essential details that every MMC delegate needs to know to ensure a spirit-filled conference experience. Included in this memo are the following: 1. Our MMC Opening Night is entitled DEKADA NOBENTA. To create the full effect of the 90s, we invite and encourage everyone to come in their favorite 90s get up that is modest and appropriate for the Celebration of the Holy Eucharist. We would also like to extend an invitation to those who have yet to register but are willing to join their fellow SFCs in this weekend of blessings and wonders. There will be a special walk-in registration on Friday, July 19, 10am-5pm at the Secretariat area. Registration Fee is at PhP1,520.00, conference kit and food are not included. Lastly, let us open our minds and our hearts to the messages that God will impart to us during the upcoming MMC. In addition to our preparation let us find time to receive the Holy Eucharist daily and go to Confession. Let us be ready to be loved and to experience Gods greatness in Subic! God be with us all! SECURITY GUIDELINES:
1. NO ID BRACELET, NO ENTRY POLICY. All OFFICIAL delegates, members of the service team, concessionaires and suppliers should always wear the official conference ID BRACELET during the event, even outside the conference venue, so as to be recognized by the security taskforce especially in the entrance of the venue. (CFC and other ministry members who are neither registered nor official members of the service team will not be allowed to enter. Please inform the CFC leaders from your area to refrain from making a surprise visit and to coordinate with the Secretariat if they want to visit you during the conference. 2. NO SMOKING and DRINKING of any ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. 3. OBSERVE PROPER CLOTHING. Any type of piercing for brothers are not allowed. No crossdressing. 4. NO LOITTERING in PROHIBITED AREAS especially during sessions. 5. Be responsible and accountable for your personal and valuable belongings. 6. There will be security personnel, CFC members and Subic Law Enforcer who will be part of the security team and will ensure strict compliance of all delegates and service team to the conferences general guidelines and will help secure the over-all conference venue. Command Post will be available for any security concerns. 7. For security purposes, please bring either 1 VALID ID or SFC ID

TRAFFIC AND PARKING

1. We will be providing you a copy of the conference vehicle ID. This will help the Subic Bay Law enforcer identify that you are part of the conference and be treated accordingly. For a smooth flow of traffic, we are requiring all vehicles to have the official conference vehicle ID in their vehicles at all times. Attached with this memo is the conference vehicle ID file. Kindly print it in a short bond paper (8.5 x11) or even bigger and put it in the upper right part of your windshield. 2. FREE PARKING spaces are available outside the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center. There will be traffic enforcers and security volunteers who can assist the delegates in their parking needs. First come-First Serve policy will be implemented.

TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES:
1. For the bus schedules (from Metro Manila) and fare matrix, you may refer to our previous memo. 2. For those with accommodation outside Subic. a. You can take a jeepney ride from Olongapo City to Subic Bay Main Gate. Fare is PhP8. b. From Subic Bay Main Gate to Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center Via FB van or coaster: fare 8php Via Taxi: fare 14php per head of 5pax or 70php per travel 3. For those with accommodation inside Subic, the participants can buy their transportation tickets at the Transportation booth located inside the Convention Center. Tickets will be sold at PhP30/way per person. The shuttle drivers will only accommodate those with transportation tickets.

WORKSHOP GUIDELINES:
I. REGISTRATION a. ONLINE Online registration is until July 16, 2013. b. ONSITE There will be an onsite registration and confirmation on the first day of the conference, July 19 (Friday), from 10AM to 5PM only at the Workshop booth near the Secretariat Area. Please also prepare a transportation fee upon registration and confirmation to get your stickers and transportation stub.

II. SCHEDULE The 9 workshops will run simultaneously from 8:30 AM 12:30 PM. The afternoon workshop will be a plenary workshop from 01:30 PM 03:30 PM. III. ON THE DAY OF THE WORKSHOP a. Be on time. Make sure youll be at the conference venue at 7:00AM for the mass. Workshop venues and transportation will be announced right after the mass. b. You are required to bring the following for the different workshops: i. Set A: Somewhere Down the Road, Way Back Into Love, Surf From the Heart, Where is the Love?, 50 First Date Umbrella or cap pen

ii. Moments of Love camera (with extra memory card and its card reader)

c. Lunch will be distributed at the main conference venue.

SECRETARIAT GUIDELINES:
1. The Secretariat Table will open on 19 July, 10am to 5pm 2. Only the delegation or Chapter head can claim the Conference kits.

3. Kindly ensure to bring the following with you: a. SFC ID b. List of delegates c. Confirmation advise with TID# d. Bank deposit slips or Official receipts (original and photocopy) e. Pen f. Eco/Paper bag where you can place the kits.

4. Walk in participants could still register. Fee will be at Php1520 each (cash only). Food and kit not included. 5. For the CFC leaders visiting during the conference, a 1-day pass will be given to them. Kindly ensure that their names and date of visit has been forwarded to the Secretariat. They may claim their day pass from the Secretariat and they need to return it before leaving the venue. Food and kit are also not included. 6. Please count and ensure that your conference kits are complete (should contain companion, bracelet, meal stub, and workshop materials) before leaving the Secretariat area. 7. No items will be replaced so take good care of your conference kits.
