The Utah State Office of the Bureau of Land Management has published this handbook to explain why and when they feel public use of our public lands becomes a "commercial use" and then subject to fees they will charge and collect for your "event." Family reunions, group use of public lands, even if the use is only to drive over public lands TO the event on private land, may subject you to a requirement to pay fees to the B LM.
