Affidavit of (parent's names redacted) re: Alicia (Lisa) Coogle Rambo (attorney) made terroristic threats to parents A criminal act expressed at Georgia. 16-11-37 Terroristic threats and acts; penalties (a) A person commits the offense of a terroristic threat when he or she threatens to commit any crime of violence. No person shall be convicted under this subsection on the uncorroborated testimony of the party to whom the threat is communicated. (c) A person convicted of the offense of a terroristic threat shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years, or both. A person convicted of the offense of a terroristic act shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000.00 or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than ten years, or both; provided, however, that if any person suffers a serious physical injury as a direct result of an act giving rise to a conviction under this Code section, the person so convicted shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250,000.00 or imprisonment for not less than five nor more than 40 years, or both. 1. Attorney Lisa Coogle Rambo at least seven times threatened to kidnap (child's name redacted) from his family. Said threats were made directly by Lisa Rambo to (child's name redacted)'s parents both in writing and verbally. See Exhibit A. (child's name redacted) was physically harmed while briefly in the custody of his captors. (child's name redacted)'s parents thus had the reasonable expectation that their son could be physically / emotionally harmed or killed if Lisa Rambo carried out her threats to kidnap their son. (child's name redacted)'s parents had the reasonable expectation that (child's name redacted) could be killed while in DFCS custody given the great number of children documented losing their lives in Georgia while in DFCS and foster care custody. Attorney Lisa Coogle Rambo has seven times threatened to kidnap (child's name redacted) and to put him within environs demonstrably unsafe for children. The seizure of (child's name redacted) occurred in the absolute absence of consent from (child's name redacted)'s parents, without a lawful warrant from a lawful court, without probable cause, or exigent circumstances. Exhibit A At least seven instances of threats to kidnap (child's name redacted) by attorney Lisa Coogle Rambo The following threats were transcribed from an audio recording taken during a 72 hour hearing December 10th, 2012. BAR attorney Alicia Coogle Rambo verbally expressed to (child's name redacted)'s parents, in open court, within Sumter County, Georgia: "If you don't follow the protective order they will ask for custody of him and they will ask for custody anytime of the day or night because I am always available. It will happen just like it happened this time. Yes they have to make their best efforts to put your child with a relative but most often there is not a home assessment completed and they end up with a stranger and that is not what you want. 90% of these protective orders that I see, I see the people right back in here again. This is a different kind of case. I hope that does not happen. If they call me again you may not be so lucky. Do you understand that?" Be it further known that attorney Lisa Rambo is signatory to the "72 HOUR HEARING ORDER/PROTECTIVE ORDER" which was prepared by attorney James W. Hurt . On page two of this order are printed the following five actual threats to kidnap a child and do harm to both the child and his family: 1. The parents are to successfully complete parenting classes and immunization education. Any deviation will result in the child being taken into emergency custody, and the non-complying parent will be subject to civil contempt. 2. Comply with all home schooling regulations required by the Macon County Board of education. Any deviation will result in the child being taken into emergency custody, and the non-complying parent will be subject to civil contempt. 3. Ensure child receives all medical attention recommended by any medical provider. Any deviation will result in the child being taken into emergency custody, and the noncomplying parent will be subject to civil contempt. 4. Sign any releases for information requested by the Department. Any deviation will result in the child being taken into emergency custody, and the non-complying parent will be subject to civil contempt. 5. Cooperate with DFCS and any related agencies. Any deviation will result in the child being taken into emergency custody, and the non-complying parent will be subject to civil contempt.
