Autonomous Sumo Robot
 
Goal
 
To design and build a robot that has the power to encourage opponents of an arena match orhave been determined by the committee.
 
Robot Specifications
 
1.
 
Only allowed to bring one robot per team with the condition had been on the raft.2.
 
Size max length 30cm, width 30cm, height 30cm.3.
 
Max weight 3kg.4.
 
May not use a sharp object to the end of less than 0.3 mm as a means of attack.5.
 
It should not be using the remote control.6.
 
Source voltage up to 12 volts. Allowed to bring one set of spare batteries (according tothe number of batteries used) and tools (screwdriver, etc..). Substitution must consentcommittee.7.
 
Charging the battery at the time of the competition is prohibited
Contest Rules
1.
 
Participants are not allowed to bring a laptop into the arena.2.
 
The program must have been prepared before the competition starts.3.
 
The match will begin from the starting line specified4.
 
Before the game started, participants were given 3 minutes to prepare the robot.5.
 
Each game consists of 3 rounds with the allocation of time of 3 minutes per round.6.
 
Sequence determined by the lottery game.7.
 
The race is considered complete after a final round 3-over.
 
Arena
1.
 
The arena shaped circle with radius : 100 cm2.
 
There black lines around the edge of the Arena3.
 
There are 2 black lines (20 cm long) at the center of the arena for the robots to start thematch4.
 
The distance between 2 lines is 20 cm5.
 
Arena’s hegiht :
+ 5 cm
Game System
1.
 
The robot must be able to operate with just one press of the button (fully-autonomous)2.
 
Judging begins after the cue from the jury.3.
 
Robots are already placed in the arena should not be touched by the contestants unlessit has been authorized by the jury.4.
 
Once the game starts, the robot must start with crashing each other.5.
 
The robot will be declared victorious if the robot can push your opponent out.6.
 
Robots that can
t be moved again when the game will be given 10 seconds, if it can
tmove in 10 seconds, that robot will lose.7.
 
Robots that first time out arenas lose.8.
 
Robots may not damage the arena, if it is violated, the robot will be declared void.9.
 
Robots must not destroy the robot opponent.10.
 
Knockout system is used for the match.
