AFFIDAVIT

I, Sri Hiren Halder, S/o Late Jogeswar Halder, aged about 48 years, by faith Hindu, by occupation business, residing at Indrapuri, P.O. Ichapur-Nawabganj, P.S. Noapara, Dist. North 24 Parganas, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows : 1. That we are the holder of a plot of land bearing Mouza Ichapur, R.S. Dag No. 2795, R.S. Khatian No. 2771, J.L. No. 3, Touji No. 617, P.S.-Noapara, Ward No. 1, H/no. 2587/A, Land area 1 cottah 08 chataks 36 sft. Under North Barrackpore Municipality. 2. That I propose to construct addition & alteration of building over the aforesaid plot of land so I intend to submit the plan for construction of a building fore sanction. 3. That the aforesaid plot of land is the only plot of vacant land held by me in any of the urban agglomeration covered under the urban land (C & R), act, 1976. 4. I do not hold any other vacant land or any other land with building with a dwelling unit thereon in an of the urban agglomeration covered under the said act. 5. That in the event of the aforesaid plot of land being declared as excess by the competent authority under the urban land (C&R), Act, 1976, I shall abide by the decision of the competent authority under that act. 6. That the statements made above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
