Minutes from last meeting:
Proposed to accept as read by JackieWilliamson, approved by all.
2)Financial update/wish list:

The original monies set aside for wish list was £2,500. Teachersdecided on a white board - £2,300; and £200 going towardspercussion instruments.

Mrs. Murdoch estate has donated £5000 to the school through theparent council. It was decided that £3,000 of this be put into theschool funds right away to be spent as follows:1)A cup or shield in memory with her name on it. Jackie Robertsonis working on this project.2)An apple tree planted in the garden area with a plaque with hername on it.3)Another white board - £2,3004)With the remainder going towards new books, putting ‘inmemory of ‘ in the front of the books

It was decided that £100 be donated to the nursery for them toupdate things.3)
Sponsored Event
– It was decided that we would once again have asponsored walk this year as they have always been so successful. Therewas discussion also of doing little fund raisers through competitions forand on World Book Day (March 5). Although we agreed not to haveanother big sponsored event until the walk.
