(1) N K Amin was entrusted with the job of abducting Amjad Ali on 25th/26th May, 2004. (2) Amjad Ali was abducted near a place at Gota Crossing, SG Highway on 26th at 7.15 pm. (3) As the CDRs establish, SIB officers M K Sinha and Vankhede were in constant touch with N K Amin during that period and they reached Gota Crossing following Amjad in their Maruti 800. (4) CDR of N K Amin further discloses that he as camping at Gota Crossing on 25 th and 26th May. (5) CDR of N K Amin and B A Patel shows that after abduction, Amjad was taken to Arham farm and detained there till 15th early morning and interrogated. Rajinder Kumar was in touch with N K Amin on 2nd June, the day after he created the first fake Intelligence input. (6) CDR of Javed shows that he was in Gujarat between 25th to 27th May, 2004. (7) The CDR further establishes that M K Sinha once again got in touch with N K Amin between 9th to 13th June. Evidence indicates that M K Sinha and another SIB officer were following the Blue Indica since 10th June, 2004 from Maharashtra. (8) CDR location of N K Amin establishes that he was camping at Vasad between 10th to 12th June, 2004 and Javed and Israt were abducted at Vasad Tol Naka at 1.30pm.
