Mays, in academic excellence, service to others, and moral leadership. The awards namesake served as mentor to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and as president of Morehouse College. Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism, Washington, District of Columbia Eisendrath Legislative Assistant 2012-2013 One of five recent graduates selected for a prestigious social justice fellowship on Capitol Hill. Core issue portfolio included civil rights, gun violence prevention, and Middle East peace. Created original programming and taught more than 2,000 high school youth over eight weekends. Organized an interfaith call-in day to prevent gun violence with over 10,000 participants.
