272 Boiler Water Treatment merupakan suatu produk yang mempunyai dua fungsi, yaitu:

A prevention against crusts The contained chemicals: Tannin Liquid Concentrate, is an organic matter which does not increase the compounds dissolved (TDS), so the water will contain sufficient ion carbonate. The TDS will not increase, which results in the lowering of volume blowdown to save fuel usage for the boiler. A preventive for rusts Tannin liquid concentrate is able to prevent corrosion by reacting with oxygen and forming a thin mono-molecular layer from tannate ions (film layer) on the pipe or metal surface. Should anything happen so that the dosage is halted, use 272 Boiler Water Treatment so that the film layer (tannate ion) can remain for days, to prevent the formation of rust.

Sebagai pencegahan kerak. Bahan kimia yang digunakan, Tannin Liquid Concentrate, merupakan bahan organik yang tidak menaikkan senyawa-senyawa terlarut (TDS), sehingga di dalam air akan terkandung ion-carbonate yang cukup. Dengan tidak bertambahnya senyawa-senyawa terlarut (TDS), maka volume blowdown dengan sendirinya akan berkurang sehingga menghemat penggunaan bahan bakar pada boiler. Sebagai pencegahan karat. Tannin Liquid Concentrate dapat mencegah karat dengan cara bereaksi dengan oksigen dan membentuk lapisan tipis mono-molekuler dari ion tannate (lapisan film) pada permukaan pipa atau logam. Apabila terjadi sesuatu sehingga dosis terhenti, 272 Boiler Water Treatment dapat digunakan agar lapisan film (ion tannate) dapat bertahan sampai berhari-hari dan mencegah terjadinya karat.

APPLICATION

To be injected into the dosing pump after diluted before hand by using a softener water or demin with the equivalent of 1 : 20 (1 liter 272 Boiler Water Treatment : 20 liters water) so that the tannin liquid concentrate can maximize its function, and change the calcium form into a mud form so as to ease its discharge through the blow-down system.

Diinjeksikan melalui dosing pump setelah terlebih dulu diencerkan dengan air softener atau demin dengan perbandingan 1:20 antara produk ini berbanding air. Dengan cara ini tannin liquid concentrate akan berfungsi maksimal dan mengubah bentuk kalsium menjadi bentuk lumpur, sehingga dengan mudah dapat dikeluarkan dengan sistem blowdown.
