1. 2. Petitioner Dr Joseph Zernik herein files request for certification of the June 25, 2013 judgment record in instant court file True Copy of the Original. On July 4, 2013, the Petitioner received the judgment record by Israel Post, not by certified mail, with no certificates of delivery, bearing a disclaimer version subject to editing and phrasing changes, unsigned by the judicial authorities, with with no authentication letter by the office of the Clerk of the Court. Appendix A is a copy of the June 25, 2013 judgment record, as received by the Petitioner. A reasonable person would not deem the receipt of such record as lawful service of a valid court decision. In instant court file, from the onset, the office of the Clerk of the Court has conducted false and deliberately misleading registrations. [1] In the Supreme Court of the State of Israel, Chief Clerk Sarah Lifschitz has occupied her office for over a decade with no lawful appointment record. [2,3] The UN Human Rights Council Periodic Review, Professional Staff Report (2013, paragraph 25) refers to lack of integrity in the electronic records of the Supreme Court.. of the State of Israel. [4] Based on all the above, there is a reasonable foundation for suspecting that in instant court file, which addresses integrity, or lack thereof in the records of the courts of the State of Israel over the past decade, including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court is conducting simulated proceedings, and that the above referenced judgment record is only a simulated court record.

Therefore, the Petitioner requests that the Court provide him a copy of the above referenced judgment record signed by the judicial authorities, bearing no disclaimer subject to editing and phrasing changes, stamped True Copy of the Original, under the signature of the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court, if there is a lawfully appointed Chief Clerk, or by the Magistrate of the Supreme Court.
