Mod de preparare
Merele coapte cu nuca, stafide si miere
sunt deserturi cu fructe simple sidelicioase. Mai intai curatam merele scobind miezul cu un cutit cu varful ascutit, pentru a scoate cotorul cu samburii, pastrand merele intregi. Lasam merele incoaja, deoarece la cuptor acestea se inmoaie si incep sa lase sucul. Coaja le tineintregi. Se amesteca marul scobit cu nuca, stafidele muiate in esenta de vanilie. Inmijlocul merelor se adauga amestecul obtinut. Pe deasupra se presara putinascortisoara. Se bag ala cuptor aproximativ 20 minute, pana se rumenesc frumosmerele.
Mod de servireMerele coapte cu nuca, stafide si miere se servesc calde sau reci dupa preferinte.
