We will hire a professional photo- grapher for the annual Connaught Hall residents\u2019 photo. You will be able to buy prints afterwards as a reminder of your time at Connaught. The date is provisionally set for Thursd\ue000y 3 M\ue000y at5.30pm, but look out for signs with more details nearer the time.

Common room televisions
For those of you who didn\u2019t already
know, we have a new 42-inch plasma
TV in the third-\ue001oor common room.
There is also a working television in
the fourth-\ue001oor common room.

Please remember that this equipment is for everyone\u2019s use, so you might sometimes have to compromise on what you want to watch. And please try not to hog the television with video games if others want to watch TV.

End of ye\ue000r p\ue000rty

We are considering holding an end of year party, maybe in early June. Contact a committee member if you have any strong views about the date for the

party (i.e. when do your exams \ue000nish
and when are you going home?).

Te summer term can be a stress\ue004ul time with deadlines, exams, and preparing to leave the Hall and \ue004riends at the end o\ue004 the year.

We expect to have three or \ue004our vacancies \ue004or Senior Members starting in September. We are not yet able to advertise these vacancies because the University o\ue004 London is presently reviewing the job description and recruitment process \ue004or Senior Members.

Senior Members are usually postgraduate students o\ue004 the University. Tey work with the Warden and Vice-Warden, dealing with social, wel\ue004are, and disciplinary

issues
and
covering
the duty rota \ue004or
out-o\ue004
hours
emergencies. Pay
and
bene\ue002ts
include a large
en suite room in Hall, a small salary, and a
payment \ue004or each duty shi\ue004t worked; these
conditions may be subject to change.
