 Description :
The mixture of retail, luxury residential condominiumfunction, presented a design challenge to the firm. Theresulting architectural design is the culmination of all thedifferences in the design requirements in good form andfunction.Gozar Planners proposed a raised podium with gardensdesign to cater for the parking requirements of theresidential units and reducing construction time and costby not having a basement configuration as a solution.

 Description :
MIxed-use development consisting of a 5 floorcommercial podium, a 35 story office tower and 27 story residential tower. Feng shui and local codes in Shanghaiinfluenced the form and siting of the two towers such thatthe building front is actually the back side of the towers.
