Comes now the undersigned complainant, being duly sworn upon oath, and under penalties of perjury, and states that there is probable cause to believe that the above-named defendant committed the following crime(s): COUNT: 01 MURDER IN THE 2ND DEGREE - CLASS A FELONY That Mary Mullenix, in violation of Section 565.021, RSMo, committed the class A felony of murder in the second degree, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011, RSMo, in that on or about July 17, 2013 at approximately 11:00 PM, at 14 Country Life Acres, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant with the purpose of causing serious physical injury to Ivan Mullenix caused the death of Ivan Mullenix by stabbing him. 1003199.0

COUNT: 02 ARMED CRIMINAL ACTION - UNCLASSIFIED FELONY That Mary Mullenix, in violation of Section 571.015, RSMo, committed the felony of armed criminal action, punishable upon conviction under Section 571.015.1, RSMo, in that on or about July 17, 2013 at approximately 11:00 PM, at 14 Country Life Acres, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant committed the felony of murder in the second degree charged in Count 01, all allegations of which are incorporated herein by reference, and the defendant committed the foregoing felony of murder in the second degree by, with and through, the knowing use, assistance and aid of a deadly weapon. 3101099.0

COUNT: 03 TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE - CLASS D FELONY That Mary Mullenix, in violation of Section 575.100, RSMo, committed the class D felony of tampering with physical evidence, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.011, RSMo, in that on or about July 17, 2013, at

approximately 11:00 PM, at 14 Country Life Acres, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant altered a knife by washing blood off of it, with the purpose to impair its verity in a homicide investigation, an official investigation, and thereby impaired and obstructed the prosecution of the defendant for the crime of murder in the second degree a felony. 2911099.0
