Quebec’s main pension fund managerlost $39.8 billion last year. This is itsbiggest loss ever. Premier Charestcalled the results “disappointing, butnot surprising”.
Ski Helmets MayBecome Mandatory
Quebec is thinking about making hel-mets mandatory for skiers and snow-boarders. The new law would startnext winter. Head injuries could be re-duced by 60% with the use of helmets.
