Dear Friends,It is our pleasure to present the Triennial Report of the European Region of theWorld Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) for the period August 2010to July 2013. “Supporting Growth in Changing Times” was the Region’s motto and the title of the Regional Scout Plan 2010-2013, which built the foundation document for ourwork during the past three years. European Scout Conference would have been much more challenging. We are deeply indebted to all of them for sharing their knowledge and expertise, and - in the case of our volunteers – we are also very grateful to theirassociations for recognising the valuable contribution they could make toRegional work.In an effort to further improve communications within the Region and as aresponse to a Conference Resolution requesting to have available a modern andeasily accessible platform of exchange, the Region’s previous monthlynewsletter Euro.Scout.Info was replaced by a new and innovative, informal
