Some notes toward generalization of the method to include heterosexual acts are included. In reading the following, two cautions are advised. (1) Some of the material received regarding practices was obviously false or ancient and improper in the present time, as noted in the text. (2) Some of the material received appears to have been inadequately tested, and may represent an interference in the working brought about by coquettery between lovers. This latter point may account for Crowley's coldness toward his lovers in various writings, a method of separation from such distortions.
