 Pulled Pork 
Sometimes you just don’t want to fire up the grill ... you’d ratherspend your time enjoying the party! Well don’t worry - nobody willmiss the burgers and hot dogs when you serve this pulled pork.
Ingredients:
 
6 Pounds Boston Butt Roast
 
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
 
2 Tsp Seasoning Salt
 
2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
 
1/8 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
 
1 Onion, Chopped
 
3 Cups Barbecue Sauce
Directions:

Rub garlic, seasoning salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to tasteonto roast.2.
 
Place roast in a large Dutch oven or pot and fill half way with water add onion.3.
 
Bring to a rolling boil over high heat.4.
 
Reduce heat simmer and let cook until meat falls off the bone.This should take at least 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the roast.5.
 
Place hot roast in a serving bowl and pour on your favorite barbecue sauce.6.
 
Stir until well blended. The meat will literally pull into littlepieces as you stir.7.
 
Tip: If making this for a smaller group, you can also buy Boston butt boneless country ribs. Just shorten the cooking time to when the meat breaks apart when touched with a fork. For 2pounds it takes about an hour and 45 minutes.
 
Sweet and Tangy Barbeque Sauce
 
If you like sweet and tangy barbeque sauce, then hold on to your hatcowboy. Because you are never going to want to buy pre-made sauceagain. This sauce would rock on ANY meat you pour it on. Brisket,chicken, ribs, whatever.
Ingredients:
 
2 Cups Ketchup
 
2 Cups Tomato Sauce
 
1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
 
1 1/4 Cups Red Wine Vinegar
 
1/2 Cup Unsulfured Molasses
 
4 Tsp Hickory-Flavored Liquid Smoke
 
2 Tbs Butter
 
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
 
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
 
1/4 Tsp Chili Powder
 
1 Tsp Paprika
 
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
 
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
 
1 Tsp Salt
 
1 Tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
Directions:

In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix together theketchup, tomato sauce, brown sugar, wine vinegar, molasses,liquid smoke and butter.2.
 
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder,paprika, celery seed, cinnamon, cayenne, salt and pepper.3.
 
Reduce heat to low, and simmer for up to 20 minutes.

For thicker sauce, simmer longer, and for thinner, less time isneeded. Sauce can also be thinned using a bit of water if necessary.
