There is a more recent case in about 1996-99 time frame in which Judge Penn of the USDC of District of Columbia complained of diminishment [at my urging that he was not a real Art 3 judge] and he was ordered to pay tax proving that he is not a real Art 3 judge. Everyone must understand that the illusion of reality has been substituted for real reality. The illusion is called "The Matrix" at the movies and the illusion is called "this state" at the street level of de facto government.
