GreatLakesEcosystemConservationinitiative,theNewYorkState2100CommissionReport,RegionalEconomicDevelopmentCouncilstrategicplans,andtheClimAlDReport,amongmanyothers.Thisplanfollowsthelead
of
othersuccessful,integratedapproaches
to
watershedplanning,includingtheHudsonRiverEstuaryActionPlanandtheNewYorkState25-YearPlanfortheGreatLakes-whichhaveprovento
be
highlysuccessfulinleveragingandcompetingforfederalfundingopportunities,effectivelyapplyingstateagencyresourcesandauthorities,andpromotingmultistakeholderpartnershipstoachieveNewYorkStateandregionalpriorities.Indeed,thepreviousdiscussiondraft
