Rules/Regulations
1. Consumption of alcohol is
optional 
, if you do so do so responsibly2. A participation fee of $10 per team member must be paid at the time of on-site team registration – this is a non-refundable payment required to confirmteam registration and participate.3. Registration can take place prior to the weekend, and up until Friday, August 16
th
 
if space permits
until that time.4. If you cannot make it to Sunshine Park prior to Friday, August 16

toregister, you can do so on Friday, August 16

until 12am (Midnight). To register,team must do the following:
1) Complete the Team Liability Waiver and Registration Form (page 9)
2) Provide participation fee of $10 per team member 
3) Provide a photocopy of all team members government issued photo IDs(these IDs will also have to be shown in person on Saturday, August 17
th
 prior to being able to participate in the day’s events.

with Sunshine Girls on Friday evening between8pm-12am (Midnight) to be eligible to participate5. We will be registering 12 teams
if any team does not show up, or doesnot provide the requirements by Friday, August 16

we will lose their place
 allowing other teams to sign up as of 11am Saturday, August 17

. Teams must

if one or two members of the team cannot arrive untilSaturday, that is fine but the rest of the team must still Check In on Friday and allregistration information needs to be provided including participation fee.6. Sunshine Park is
not held liable for any injury, illness, or consequencesarising from participating in beer Olympic events
.7. Must be 19 + to participate; Teams must provide valid photo IDconfirming you are 19+ years of age (legal drinking age) to participate.8. Must provide your own beer cans only. Beer only (ie. No coolers, cider,palm bays, etc) in regular sized cans (355 mL).
9.
Team must consist of 4-5 people; the order each team will play in will berandomly selected.
If 5 people are on a team, 1 member will be able to substitutein for other team members during full team (4 person) events.

10. If a player vomits they are automatically disqualified from that event withno points given, however can still play in the following events.11. Each team must bring a
minimum 5 non-perishable food items
to register.Food items only will be taken for donation (no clothing, toiletries, etc). An extra 2points per food item will be awarded to all items over the minimum 5 toparticipate!
Each team will have their own box of contributions – other campers canhelp their favourite team out by donating items on their behalf.12. Other teammates that are not participating in the events are encouragedto cheer their team members on!13. If other team members interfere with events that the entire team is notparticipating in, team will be disqualified.14. Each event will be scored in the following ways:

Tie breaker!!
Points deducted for the following reasons:i. Beer left in cup after chugging – 5 points per cup with excess beer ii. Being late to an event – 10 points deducted for every lateparticipating team member and possible disqualification from theevent if over 5 minutes lateiii. Unsportsmanlike conduct – 10 points deducted for each instanceand possible disqualification (rude/ignorant behaviour will not betolerated towards campers/teams (and players)/staff members15.
Refs can disqualify teams/team members if cheating or unfair play occurs
; same 2 people cannot participate (or be left out) twice in a row, for 2person events
Point(s) deduction for late teams/player – MUST BE ON TIME!i. 10 points deducted, and possible disqualification from the event willoccur if team/player(s) are late
Staff members have final call on any event/point/beer Olympic relatedissues that come up – point(s) deduction and possible disqualification if team/team members are not respectful to staff members or other teams16. Sunshine Park reserves the right to change rules and/or events atanytime.
