Various versions of the workplan for the 9/11 Commission's team 6.
(1) The first version is dated February 3, 2004 and sets out the tasks the team still has to complete.
(2) The second is undated, but appears to be an early version. It has a premise statement, which is highly biased against the FBI, as are the key questions. For example, it falsely claims the FBI was aware three (not two) of the hijackers had ties to al-Qaeda and frames the issue as whether the hijackers were super-terrorists or whether the FBI suffered from systemic intelligence failure. In fact, the NSA and CIA had a mountain of information about the hijackers, but did not tell the FBI anything until late August 2001.
This version has interview candidates, although this section was redacted in at least one other version of this document. This section mentions that the commission wanted to interview Margaret Gillespie, an FBI detailee to the CIA involved in the withholding of information about the hijackers from FBI agents investigating the Cole bombing.
(3) The third is dated April 23, 2003 and is similar.
(4) The fourth is missing the cover sheet with its date, but is also similar.
(5) The fifth version is undated, but also similar to the others.
