There are 12 ways to end the game (each one has a different ending story): 1) You give up.

Duh. Click on Menu -> Exit -> Surrender in the astral menu 2) You surrender This one I'm not totally sure of. As far as i got it, you have to loose multiple fights for shards (in a row?). Maybe something else has to be done as well. 3) You run out of turns. Simply press "Next turn" in the astral menu a lot of ti mes. 4) Another master attacks you and you lose. 5) In a Dialogue with Beleth (Master #2), you decide to become his servant. 6) You ally with the lich L'Anshar (Master #7) and destroy all life. He asks you once. Accept the alliance. 7) You give Ul-Dagan (Master #9) a lot of "Ancient Shards". You find them in some Locations of worlds. Have your hero explore a lot before finishing a shard. 8) You use the Destroyer. You keep the Ancient shards and attack Ul-Dagan and find some shematics for assembling the Destroyer. This is one of the options you get in a following dialogue. 9) You enslave everyone using the Destroyer. Assemble him as detailed above. 10) You assemble a talisman with Erdu (Master #11) When you meet him the first time, choose the dialogue where he mentions the Tali sman. Help him kill Ul-Dagan and follow the stuff he wants you to do. 11) You find all Keys of Truth. You can find them in some locations on random shards. Just let your hero explore a lot before finishing a shard. It will give you a dialogue how to find the next key. (E.g. one is on Stenrijas shard.) Choose the dialogue to use this knowledge once you got all. 12) You kill all other masters. There are 16 of them.
