What I meant was 41% arrears payable in 2008 that accrue by virtue of Lt Cols being placed in PB-04.

69% arrears as per 6th CPC as amended has not been released by the govrnment even thogh 7 months are over in 2009. Is the Govt going to honour their promise to the retiree community?-GP RAO
