Sample design was non random in nature
RESEARCH DESIGN
The study design was an experimental one involving the effect of IFT andMobilization on the ROM of the patient
Inclusion criteria
• Unilateral adhesive capsulitis, defined as more than50% loss of passive movement of the shoulder jointcompared to the non-affected side, in one or more of three movement directions (i.e. abduction in the frontal plane and/or forward flexion and/or external rotation in 0degrees abduction)• At least three months of complaints
significant loss of passive external rotation, and severe shoulder pain
 painful, restricted active and passive range of motion of the shoulder;
capsular pattern of motion restriction
