Realtor, but I know what homeowners go through when they try tosell their home. You may still be in the "thinking about it" stage, and maybe you've already tried listing your house with an agent., or maybe you haven't decided you're ready to go that
 
route yet.It can't hurt to list with a Real Estate agent or broker, by the same token, dothey ever seem to have the same "feel" for your house as you do? You call back thelookersand leave messages on their answering machines, and maybe you actually get alive one, and write up an agreement! After which, several weeks pass, and you begin thinking something's gone wrong.Financing Probably? Butit's supposed to be the buyers' job to get a loan, not yours! Right?!Can you tell I've been there? Right back on square one, with a beautiful house,pricedright, and not a clue on how to make it go away. Looking down the barrel of adeadlineto move. Sometimes the reasons people sell their homes are awesome happeningssuch as, a new job, a transfer, building or buying just buying another place to live.Sometimes the reasons for selling your home aren't as great as the reasons above, because of: bankruptcy, divorce, foreclosure.The actual thought about selling can quickly become wanting to sell, and it'sironic how fast"want to" can become "have to".
