1) Manager- Microfinance:
S/he must have Post Graduate degree /Diplomain Management from a reputed national level institute with al least 5 yearsof work experience in rural saving & credit and microfinance programmes atthe field level and in a managerial/ leadership position for at least 2 years.Must be proficient in English and Hindi. 2) Manager Agriculture and Natural Resource Management:
S/he needsto have B.Tech/ Post Graduation in Civi Engineering or Agriculture from areputed national level institute.
