Dates:
The Sale dates are Friday May 22, and Saturday May 23, 2009. Friday is the preview day, and thefarm will be open to bidders at 9:00 am for registration, and viewing the horses. The auction will begin onSaturday at 9:00 am.
Location:
The sale will be held at our farm in Platteville, Colorado. The address is 8751 County Road 36.5,Platteville, CO 80651. Our phone number is 719-495-4993.From Interstate 25, take exit 245 and head east (you’re on Rd. 34). Go to second stop sign, and turn leftonto Rd. 17. Drive 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Rd. 36 ½. Follow road to the barn. Look for signsindicating parking areas.

Denver International Airport (DEN) is served by most major airlines. Car rental is available. Theairport is about 40 miles from the farm. Private/Corporate aircraft should choose Fort Collins/Lovelandairport (KFNL) which is about 18 miles from the farm. Full service FBO and Enterprise car rental available.
Food:
Food will be available all day, each day from Mama Bear’s Kitchen. Bring cash.
Other information:
Most of the horses will sell with no reserve. Come ready to buy. A vet and Farrier will be availableduring the sale.Most of the Gypsy Horses are not currently registered, but all of them are eligible for registration. Arepresentative from the Gypsy Horse Registry of America will be available in the sales office to assist youwith registering your horses. Every horse sold will be covered by a 10-day insurance policy at no extra costto the buyer. This coverage is provided by Jarvis Insurance. They will have a representative available in thesales office to answer your insurance questions.Our preferred private shippers, Dick and Liz Edder, will be available during the sale to scheduletransportation of sold horses. Nationwide Horse Transport is our preferred commercial shipper. Their phonenumber is 719-392-1888.Trailer parking will be available at the farm. You are welcome to un-hook your trailer and keep it at thefarm.We will be available the week following the sale to assist you with organizing transport of your horses.
