WITNESSETH that WHEREAS the ASSIGNOR is the owner of a parcel of land with TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 716006 in Cainta, Rizal containing an area of SIXTY SIX (66) SQUARE METERS which they purchased from JULIAN C. FRANCISCO dated January 30, 2001. WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to assign all their rights, title and interest over the above unit, as referred in said Contract to Sell and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment in accordance with the terms herein set forth; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 28th day of June, 2013 at Cainta, Rizal.
