Unit 19 Properties of Sections When considering any form of elements one has to define the resistance of this element

Centroid The Centoid is simply a geometric point in 2D which is defined by 2 positions ( . This geometric position reflects the distribution of the weight of the element itself and is also defined a centre of gravity.
