    The agreement, originally signed with legitimate social protest activist, was later extended by the Tel Aviv Municipality, unilaterally deciding that an individuals, who are likely to be affiliated with the Israel Police and/or other security apparatus agencies are the representatives of the Social Protest Movement, and who actively harass legitimate social protest activists in the encampment and engage in threats of violence against them.
