Les bains de vapeur sont sans aucun
doute nés avec les prémices de l’hy-
giène humaine. On en trouve des tra-
ces chez les Grecs, les Romains, les
Aztèques et bien d’autres civilisations.
C’est cependant la Finlande qui fait office
de "berceau officiel" de cette ancestrale
technique de bain. Les plus anciens ves-
tiges de saunas datent du Xe-siècle et
ont été découverts dans le Nord-Est de
cette froide et rigoureuse contrée.
THE SAUNA, THE BATH'S
FAMOUS PREDECESSOR
Steam baths, without doubt, came into
being with the first human ideas on
hygiene. Remains of steam baths have
been discovered dating back to the early
Greeks, Romans, Aztecs and to many
other civilisations. Finland, however, is the
"official birthplace" of the bath's illus-
trious ancestor. The earliest saunas, dating
from the 10th C, were discovered in the
Northwest of this cold and rigorous country.

Le sauna compte aujourd'hui plus de 100
millions d'amateurs enthousiastes dans le
monde et ses bienfaits sont nombreux.
Dès la première expérience le néophyte
ressent immédiatement une sensation de
bien-être et de confort. Les scientifiques
l'expliquent par la sécrétion d’endomor-
phine : cette hormone sécrétée par le
cerveau, voisine de la morphine, s'active
grâce à la chaleur et génère la sensation
de bien-être.
Le sauna développe les capacités d’auto-
défense de l’organisme et apporte une
énergie positive. Il joue un rôle régulateur
de l’équilibre physique et psychique. La
chaleur élimine les toxines par les pores
de la peau qui s'assouplie et se nettoie en
profondeur.
Les séances de sauna permettent d'amoin-
drir l'arrivée des maladies hivernales (rhu-
me, rhino, bronchite, ...) et ont une action
bénéfique sur les douleurs rhumatisma-
les. Une douche froide, à la fin de chaque
séance, génère un choc thermique prépa-
rant l’organisme aux variations de tempé-
rature tout en raffermissant la peau.
Le sauna se révèle donc un véritable anti-
stress, dans un monde de performance
comme le nôtre, en procurant des mo-
ments ressourçants.
Un bain de sauna régulier s'effectue à une
température de 75 à 110 °C, en fonction
des utilisateurs, avec une hygrométrie
basse de 4 à 12 % et améliore la qualité de

Today there are more than 100 million sau-
na enthusiasts in the world and its benefits
are numerous. From their first experience,
people new to saunas immediately feel a
sensation of well-being and comfort. Scien-
tists explain this by the secretion of endo-
morphine: this hormone secreted by the
brain, a cousin of morphine, is activated
by the heat and generates the sensation of
well-being.
A sauna develops the body’s self-defence ca-
pacity and provides positive energy. It plays
a role of regulating physical and psychic ba-
lance. The heat eliminates toxins through
the pores of the skin which becomes more
supple and is cleansed in depth.
Sessions in the sauna stave off the arrival
of winter illnesses (colds, throat infections,
bronchitis, etc.) and have a beneficial ef-
fect on pain caused by rheumatism. A cold
shower at the end of each session gene-
rates thermal shock, preparing the body
for variations in temperature, while at the
same time toning up the skin.
A sauna is a source of stress relief, in a
world of performance like ours, providing
times of refreshing.
Usually a sauna bath is taken at a tempera-
ture of between 75 and 110 °C, depending
on the user, with low humidity of 4 to 12%
and improves the quality of life. (In the case

L’Épicéa est un bois venant du nord si-
tué au dessus de la zone arctique, il croît
lentement et contient peu de résine. Il est
étuvé afin de parfaire sa stabilité dans le
temps. Il absorbe l’humidité et supporte
des variations de température importan-
tes.
Le Tremble provient essentiellement
des Pays Baltiques, ainsi que de la Russie et
de la Finlande. Outre des caractéristiques
identiques à celles édictées ci-dessus, ce

bois ne présente aucun nœud, il est très
doux au toucher et très esthétique.
L'Hemlock est un bois canadien noble
et rare, il est LE bois de toutes les cabines
de sauna haut de gamme.
Concernant les cabines de sauna massif
(55 mm) ainsi que les chalets (70 mm),
nos madriers en bois massif en Épicéa
du nord, additionnés à un brevet de mon-
tage, sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle.

Spruce is a wood that comes from the arc-
tic in the north, it grows slowly and contains
little resin. It is kiln-seasoned in order to
achieve perfect stability over time. It absorbs
humidity and is not affected by large diffe-
rences in temperature.
Aspen comes mainly from the Baltic Coun-
tries, as well as from Russia and Finland.
Apart from characteristics that are identical
to those mentioned above, this wood doesn’t
have any knots, it is very soft to the touch
and has a very aesthetic character.
Hemlock is a Canadian wood that is noble
and rare. It is THE wood for all top-of-the-
range sauna cabins.
In the case of sauna cabins made from so-
lid materials (55 mm) as well as chalets (70
mm), our northern spruce solid wood
beams, combined with a patent for assem-
bly, are of exceptional quality.

Les Saunas CIBLE / SOMETHY sont
tous constitués de panneaux modulaires,
composés de 4 façades poncées finement,
assemblés sans fixation apparente sur une
ossature en Épicéa du Nord renforcée.
Les façades sont constituées d’un cadre
avec 2 renforts, afin d’éviter le tassement
des 3 remplissages de laine de roche, sauf
pour les saunas en bois massif.
Les panneaux composant le sauna sont
assemblés par module, l’ensemble étant
posé sur un socle à niveau réglable par
vérin à vis permettant de rattraper les
imperfections du sol. Ce concept permet
également d’éviter toute remontée d’hu-
midité dans la structure.
Le renouvellement de l’air de la cabine et
son oxygénation sont optimisés par une
grille et un volet de ventilation réglables.
Le toit du sauna est renforcé afin d’ac-
cepter les températures élevées sans dé-
formation. La porte est en verre teinté
Securit montée sur 2 robustes charniè-
res en fonte d’aluminium, avec axe de
rotation garanti 1 million de manœu-
vres, elle est encastrée et non en saillie.

AMÉNAGEMENT
ET FINITIONS INTÉRIEURS :
Les banquettes larges et confortables sont
en Abachi ou Tremble (selon disponibilité) ;
ces bois ayant pour propriété une très fai-
ble conductivité thermique. L’importante
ossature des assises confère une longévité
exceptionnelle.
L’ensemble des banquettes reçoit une fi-
nition main, en arrondis doux révélant un
esthétisme et un confort remarquables.
La banquette inférieure est coulissante.
(Habillage inter banquette disponible en
option)
Les dosserets et reposes tête dans les mêmes
essences de bois complètent harmonieuse-
ment et confortablement l’ensemble. (Sauf
Révélation/Oslo) Il en est de même pour
le pare four indispensable pour la sécurité.
L’éclairage intérieur est assuré par un hu-
blot support céramique et abat-jour de-
sign en essence de tremble, générant une
ambiance tamisée.
Un caillebotis bois ou synthétique (lieu
public) protège la zone de circulation tout
en permettant un entretien aisé pour une
hygiène parfaite.
UNE TECHNIQUE DE POINTE :
Le four est le cœur du sauna, kiuas (en fin-
nois). CIBLE / SOMETHY équipe tous
ses saunas de fours à double manteaux et
déflecteur inox pour une sécurité et lon-
gévité optimum. Ils peuvent recevoir une
charge minimum de 15 kg de roches vol-
caniques posées sur une grille réglable. Le
corps de chauffe adapté aux dimensions
du sauna, composé de plusieurs résistan-
ces blindées est fiable et d’un entretien
facile.
Le tableau de commande et de program-
mation (Sauf Révélation/Oslo) à écran
LCD de dernière génération, très lisible
grâce à son grand écran situé à l’extérieur
de la cabine est déportable jusqu'à 10 mè-

Le corps de chauffe réalisé sous forme de tube s'intègre facilement dans des locaux
techniques souvent exigus. Fabriqué en inox AlSI 321 (les
générateurs actuellement sur le marché sont en inox 304)
il présente une excellente pérennité à l’usage, son carénage
extérieur est combiné en Inox 316 et polyester. Les résis-
tances (inox AlSI 321) positionnées en partie supérieure
sont facilement accessibles et opèrent de haut en bas, leur
polissage polymiroir révèle une surface parfaitement lisse,
ce qui réduit considérablement la formation et le dépôt du
calcaire.
Les éléments chauffants ont une puissance nominale de 3
kW, proposés par multiple de 3 kW la puissance maximale
proposée est de 27 kW. Ils bénéficient du système CAS-
CADE INSIDE qui permet de coupler un générateur maî-
tre sur plusieurs générateurs esclaves.

mémoire perpétuelle.
• Sonde de température (Option) composée d’un ther-
mostat électronique intégré à coupler à l’option THER-
MOSTAT avec détection automatique.
• Système AUTO-CLEAN (Option) contrôlant automati-
quement le rinçage et le cycle de traitement ANTICAL
• Kit d’injection d’arôme pour contrôler l’injection d’euca-
lyptus avec dosage réglable : une pompe doseuse, un réser-
voir de 20 litres, un kit de raccordement et un litre d’essence
d’eucalyptus CIBL’EUCA.

The heater realized in the form of tube
can easily be integrated into technical
premises, often cramped.
Made in stainless steel AlSI 321 (gene-
rators at present on the market are in
stainless steel AISI 304), it presents an
excellent durability, its outside material
is a combination with Stainless steel
316 and polyester.
The top resistors (stainless steel AlSI
321) are easily accessible and operate
from top to bottom; their polymiror
polishing reveals a perfectly smooth
surface, what reduces considerably the
formation and deposit of calcium.
The heating elements have a rated
output of 3 kW, proposed by multiple
of 3 kW, the maximal power is 27
kW.
The heating elements benefit from
the system “CASCADE INSIDE” which
allows to couple a master generator on
several slaves generators
• Self diagnostic for the components of the
generator and for the software: a code is
returned to identify exactly the dysfunc-
tion.
• Security system: software to control filling,
water level, drain and temperature of the
generator.
• Automatic drain system of the generator
integrated in the PRO range.
• Auto-maintenance system of the drain
valve.
• High-pressure system fully static, without
any device (valve) for safety.
• Automatic control of the lighting of the
cabin.
• Parameters and setting saved in non
volatile memory.
• Temperature probe (Optional) consisted
of an integrated electronic thermostat to be
coupled with the option “THERMOSTAT”
with automatic detection.
• “AUTO-CLEAN” system (Optional) chec-
king automatically the rinsing and the
cycle of “ANTICAL” treatment for calcium
deposit.
• Injection’s kit of aroma to control the
injection of eucalyptus with adjustable
dosage: a dosing pump, a 20 liter can, a
connecting kit and one liter of concentra-
ted eucalyptus (Brand Cible).

filé aluminium. La barre de seuil profilée évacue

Elle existe en brun aspect opaque, en option.
La porte du hammam, que ce soit à gauche ou
à droite (à préciser impérativement à la com-
mande), s'ouvre toujours vers l'extérieur.
DOOR Frame and doorstep are made on alu-
minium section. The shaped doorstep drains the
condensation to the outside siphon. The standard
glass door is on transparent glass. As an option, 7 8 9
you can have it in smoked glass with opaque as-
pect. The door to be on the right or left side but
will always open to the outside.
