Enhancing skills in Ukraine’s agribusiness sector is a key policy priority to improve
productivity and attract more domestic and foreign investment. Ukraine’s agribusiness
sector has always played an important role in the economy. It benefits from several advantages: first, favourable
natural endowments, second, significant cost competitiveness in production and, third,
proximity to key consumers.
